·         The cornea that provides shields your eyes on the front side, and it can cause a painful sunburn. All this situation leads to blindness, and repeated exposure can cause cataracts.
·         Eyelid is the thinnest part of the skin in the body, and it can easily damage and burning.

You have to wear sunglasses while sunny days and in the majority part of the day. Most health advisors suggest to wear them between 10 am to 4 pm. In this timing, the sun’s rays are dangerous, and eyes are the only things that quickly damage.

As you are close to the equator, the sun’s rays are strongest from morning to evening. So, you need to be more alert to wear sunglasses. But be careful, you have to wear sun shades when you are taking part in the snow’s sports.
